Free Shipping Across Canada

Spend $150 or more (pre-tax) and get free standard shipping in Canada

Note: Some items, including heavy or oversized, or dangerous goods, may incur extra charges. You will see shipping charges for these items reflected at the time of checkout. 

Shipping to PO Boxes

Canada Post handles deliveries to PO Boxes for items under 60lbs. For overweight items, we may contact you to arrange an alternative address.

For faster delivery, we recommend using a street address.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking details. Be sure to track your order for the latest updates. If you don’t see our emails, check your Spam or junk folder.

Please note that estimated delivery times are approximate, and delivery times may be impacted due to unforeseen circumstances. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

Delivery & Signature

High-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you're unavailable, the courier will leave a notice for re-delivery or pickup. For orders that don't require a signature, the package will be left at your designated location.

Customer Responsibility for Delivery

You are responsible for tracking the delivery of your order, and ensuring someone is available to receive your package. If delivery fails, re-delivery fees may apply. If your package is held at a pick-up facility, you must retrieve it within the specified timeframe.

Additional Shipping Fees

Some items may have additional shipping fees due to size, weight, or special handling needs. If extra fees apply, our team will contact you before processing your order.

Overweight & Oversized Items: Products over 20lbs or oversized may incur extra charges.

Remote Locations: Orders to remote areas may incur extra fees. We’ll notify you if this applies.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Fuline Welding Supplies Ltd. is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please double-check your address to avoid delays or returns. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, customers are responsible for costs incurred with reshipping. 

Inspect Upon Delivery
Fuline Welding Supplies Ltd recommends that you inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If the item is damaged or if the packaging appears compromised, please contact us right away to resolve any issues quickly.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. If your return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items), we will cover those costs.

If you received free shipping and are returning an item, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
